*	Filing Fees associated with the filing of the H-1B visa application (payable by the Petitioner, or by the Beneficiary):

	-a check in the amount of $190.00, the filing fee for the I-129 Form;

	-a check in the amount of $ 1,500.00 or $ 750.00 (depending upon the number of employees), this is the training fee;

	-a check in the amount of $ 500.00, the fraud prevention fee; addressed to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services(BCSI);

	-if you decide to file Premium Processing, you must pay the fee of $1,000.00 in the form of a Money Order or Cashier's Check, made payable to the BCSI.
