The measure was noticed on April 6 when the president signed an executive order that put an end to the policy of "catch and release", a key piece of his harsh immigration policy that he implements without the support of Congress. Arrangements were found in emails from the Department of Defense, the Washington Post reported Tuesday.
Internal communications were made between Pentagon personnel and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), a unit that by law takes care of the safety and maintenance of children alone once they are stopped by Border Patrol agents when they try to enter undocumented to the country.
